Who provides the service

Launchfarm is operated by Amos Kipkorir in Kenya at www.launchfarm.store. Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@launchfarm.store. By using Launchfarm, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Launchfarm provides

Launchfarm is a digital platform for discovering independent products and submitting product listings for moderation. Founder tools include website-to-draft import, draft distribution copy, product traffic analytics, public maker profiles and a launch calendar. The service is delivered online through your browser and account dashboard; nothing is physically shipped.

Submitting a product does not guarantee approval, a publication date, traffic, votes, sales or revenue. Launches require moderation, and scheduled publication depends on approval. A listing or comparison is not an endorsement of a third-party product.

Your account and submissions

Provide accurate account and product information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Submit only material you own or are authorized to use. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive or harmful content, manipulate votes, impersonate others or attempt to bypass security or usage limits.

You retain ownership of your submissions. You give Launchfarm permission to store, format and display submitted content to operate the service. Draft listings remain private to you and authorized staff; approved listings and maker profiles are public. We may request changes, reject or archive listings, or restrict accounts for violations. Contact support to ask for a moderation review.

Generated content and external websites

Website imports and AI-generated distribution drafts can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review all generated claims, screenshots and copy before publishing or sharing them. You are responsible for what you submit and publish. Launchfarm does not automatically post to Reddit, X, LinkedIn or external directories.

External products and websites have their own terms, pricing and privacy practices. Buying a listed third-party product is a separate transaction with its provider, not a purchase from Launchfarm.

Pricing, delivery and cancellations

The Free listing is available without a Launchfarm purchase. Paid packages shown on the pricing page are planned and cannot currently be purchased. Launchfarm currently offers no paid subscription or automatic renewal.

Before paid checkout opens, the purchase page must specify the package, currency, total payable price, delivery scope and timing. A planned package is not an active entitlement. Sponsored placements must be labeled and do not buy organic ranking. The Refund and Cancellation Policy sets out the purchase protections separately.

Availability, privacy and changes

We work to keep Launchfarm available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free imports, analytics or generated content. Features may change. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

The Privacy Policy explains how account, listing and usage information is processed. You can stop using Launchfarm at any time and contact support to request account closure or a copy of your data. We may revise these terms and will publish the updated version and effective date; material changes will be communicated through the service before they take effect.
