Email hello@launchfarm.store for support, moderation questions, purchase inquiries and privacy requests. This is our support and privacy inbox. Launchfarm is operated by Amos Kipkorir in Kenya.
Include your product URL, the email associated with your account and a description of the issue. For privacy or account closure requests, state what you want us to access, correct, export or remove. We may verify account ownership before making changes. Do not email passwords, verification codes or full payment-card details.
Product and delivery
Launchfarm provides an online product discovery platform and digital founder tools through www.launchfarm.store. Product submissions are moderated before publication. No physical goods are shipped. Paid checkout is not yet available; current package availability is explained on the pricing page.
For help with a third-party product listed on Launchfarm, contact that product’s provider. Launchfarm cannot manage subscriptions or purchases made on external product websites.
